Lisa delivered significant business value in her 10-year career at Cigna/Evernorth, including leading Evernorth sales strategy optimization and Go-To-Market operations, enterprise communications for Cigna Global Data & Analytics and Digital, and change management, communications and training for Cigna Information Management & Analytics.
Prior to joining Cigna, Lisa worked at Roberts Golden Consulting and helped global Fortune 500 companies to solve organizational issues, manage complex changes and drive achievement of bold business objectives. Preceding Roberts Golden, Lisa worked at The Hartford, leading Contemporary Work Practices which included sponsorship of a Reverse Mentor program to educate executives on social media and collaboration capabilities and the expansion of flexible work and remote work arrangements. In addition, Lisa served as COO of a niche software company, directed a physician-hospital contracting organization and lead sales and marketing in health care and biotech companies.
